In the final phase of the project proposal a project manager will be appointed to join the sales team and be your first point of contact throughout the project. This guarantees a smooth hand-over to the project management department who will coordinate all matters pertaining to the project and the relevant parties involved. The sales team remain available and involved until long after the project has been successfully handed over to you, the client.

Main activities of project managers:

  • Detailed project planning
  • Establish and obtain customer approval of definitive layout
  • Establish and obtain customer approval of functional specification
  • Establish factory and site acceptance tests
  • Careful and detailed site installation and commissioning planning

Responsible for:

  • Responsible for CE certification
  • Official System handover to the customer
  • Project cost control with project variations
  • Responsible for “as built” system documentation
