This browser operated PC based MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is designed for fast data handling and visualisation of the materials handling process.

The system can translate production orders received from an ERP system into instructions for system and machine controllers and so start active packaging and material handling. After the materials leave the system the required data can be uploaded.

Intellicontrol®
This program is the user interface for the operator, the production manager as well as the maintenance engineer.

It contains the following functions:

• Start and stop the system
• Menu driven production line set-up
• Visualisation of the material handling system
• Alarm notification and localisation
• Statistics available of products handled
• Download and upload of data to an ERP system
• Documentation, spare parts information and maintenance manuals available

Intellitrace®
A software module developed for fast data handling, data tracking and tracing throughout the entire material handling system. The data of packs and clustered packs on pallets will be monitored while packing and conveying through the total system.

This tool makes it possible to see all the data on the screen at every discrete position. Infeed and outfeed of products into and out of the system will be monitored closely. The data transfer to and from other automated processes linked to the material handling process will take place automatically.

The data tracking and tracing of CSi is ultra reliable and is also validated by customs to monitor the input and output of tobacco production plants.

The data can be uploaded to ERP systems

Intellisupport®
This module enables CSi, of course with permission of the client, to monitor the installation from our head office in Raamsdonksveer.

Our engineers will have the same possibilities to execute the same actions as the local operators.  In order to do this in a safe mode, on-line telephone contact will be required.

Furthermore it will be possible as an option to monitor the installation by remote (CSi operated) cameras, which will be extremely helpful for fast problem analysing and correcting.

PatternMaker
The opportunity to add new patterns on-line or in the office on your Windows PC.
With PatternMaker we provide a sophisticated software solution to create new or revised pallet stacking patterns. To ensure maximum output, PatternMaker also optimises each cycle in a unique interactive way with the robot or palletiser. PatternMaker is a Windows operated program and can be optionally supplied with our robot palletising systems.
It is also now available on our C4000i and C5000i palletisers...something that's new in conventional layer palletising.
